1.1 Services: Our online POS platform allows you to browse and purchase candles and related products, track orders, and interact with our website for commercial purposes.
1.2 Eligibility: By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
1.3 Account Creation: To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering and to keep your account information up to date.
1.4 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
2. Products and Orders
2.1 Product Availability: All products listed on our online POS system are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.
2.2 Order Acceptance: Orders placed through the Service are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, payment issues, or suspected fraud.
2.3 Pricing and Payment: All prices for products on the Service are displayed in [currency] and may be subject to change without notice. Payment must be made at the time of purchase via accepted payment methods (e.g., credit cards, PayPal). You authorize the Company to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount.

3.5 Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss for products purchased through the Service pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
4. Return and Refund Policy
4.1 Return Eligibility: You can return unused and undamaged products within 30 days from the date of receipt. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
4.2 Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned:
- Candles that have been used or burned
- Customized or personalized products
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
4.3 Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contactus@mixologycandle.com with your order number. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization.
4.4 Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or we made an error with your order.
4.5 Refunds: Once your return is processed and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
4.6 Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost. You may be asked to provide photos of the damaged item and packaging.

7.2 Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7.3 Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, employees, agents, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights.
8. Termination and Suspension
8.1 Termination by Us: We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time without notice for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
8.2 Termination by You: You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us. Any outstanding obligations or orders will still be processed under the terms of this Agreement.
9. Dispute Resolution
9.1 Arbitration Agreement: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, your use of the Service, or your relationship with the Company shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
9.2 Arbitration Process: The arbitration shall be conducted in Orlando, FL, under the rules of American Arbitration Association (AAA) in effect at the time.
9.3 Exceptions: You agree that the Company may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for any violation of intellectual property rights or any other issue that cannot be resolved through arbitration.
